Mentor Program

The Future Leader Mentorship Program is an 8-week, project-based leadership experience where youth serve in assistant leadership roles supporting All The World's Kids community events, while developing essential leadership skills, earning school credit, and receiving mentorship.

Leadership is not taught in theory—it is practiced in community.
